I bet that's the way it is with most of us crazy writer/editor people. Don't be offended with the lack of comments. I think on my last guest blog, I was graced with 2 from RMFW, but then after, I had HUGE handful of folks contact me via email about it... To each their own, I guess :))

Keep writing, keep posting links and promos and Don't worry about being instantly gratified by numbers in the comments section. It's nice when it happens, but that's not really what this writing thing is all about, is it?

You know you rock!

I'm going to stop rambling now so I can go read your sexyspookystories before my hubby gets home :) Maybe I will toss on a sassy post halloween costume and put out a few scented candles!

Ooooh lala

~~Tiffany Lawson InmanTiffany Inmanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17426877096952396397noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2337494610769031999.post-55012482301478605202011-11-02T13:00:30.827-06:002011-11-02T13:00:30.827-06:00Writing what people like to read is not a mistake....Writing what people like to read is not a mistake. And publishing it is cause for celebration! I don't read many genres--that "so many books, so little time" thing. But I am not offended by others' tastes, whatever they may be. Congrats on more publishing credits to add to your already impressive bio!Shannon Bakerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10540336783142324746noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2337494610769031999.post-26408478223620790382011-11-02T12:53:03.265-06:002011-11-02T12:53:03.265-06:00Karen, I loved The Bubble! I just made a new writer friend a few weeks ago here in Bend (OMG in Bend? I'm so shocked, lol) and she makes an excellent living writing erotica. She's a single mother of 2 living on her writing income. She just bought a house. No matter what you write, if it's something you enjoy doing, and if you can even make some money at it, that's a good thing.

I think the virtual silence was probably because not everyone comments on everything that's posted to the groups. They may not even read it until later. And as a few people mentioned, yesterday was the first day of NaNo, so...Karen Duvallhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01839711547501582977noreply@blogger.com
